WH6962 Waterproof Penetrant Coating Agent - Heavy Anti-contamination Type

GRASi® WH6962 is a high effective waterproof agent developed to provide water repellency for porous construction materials such as aerated concrete block, cement, concrete, ceramic tile, tile, building insulation material and light weighted composite construction material etc.

The active ingredients which is nano-size penetrate deeply into the substrates and bond with them, form penetration protective layer on the surface. With super low surface tension, it boosts excellent water repellency and fast beading action.

Features

This product is a nano emulsion compound protective agent. It is highly effective, non-toxic and environmentally friendly. PH value is neutral, with the ability of anti ultraviolet, anti freezing, high temperature, acid and alkali resistance. Resistant to demulsification, good stability.
A penetrating protective coating composed of nano active components. The water-proof, oil-proof and anti fouling effect is remarkable. It can resist the erosion of all kinds of heavy stains. The penetrating coating has a good scrub resistance and wear resistance, which can effectively protect the substrate clean and perfect.
Excellent penetration coating is applied to the substrate. The surface is transparent and semi matte to improve the color sense of cement and concrete. Application instruction

GRASi® WH6962 is ready to use penetrating water repellent.

Remove oil and dust from the surface, clean and dry.

Spraying, brushing, soaking or rolling are suitable for this application. Please apply under the condition of natural ventilation.

Spray with suitable low pressure, 10-15cm distance away.

Don't put treated material to moisture or rain place, and dry in natural air. When the surface is dry, further treatment can be folllowed.

After protection and treatment, other operations can be carried out without wet water and natural air drying. Excellent protection in 24 hours.

Apply when the temperature is between 2℃- 45℃ （35.6-113°F）.

Maximum coverage per liter is 4-15 square meters, but depends on substrate density.
