WP1320 Waterproof and Oil-proof Protective Agent for Concrete Products

GRASi® WP1320 is a high effective waterproof agent developed to provide water&oil repellency for porous construction materials such as concrete, cement etc. The active ingredients which is nano-size penetrate deeply into the substrates and bond with them, form penetration protective layer on the surface. With super low surface tension, it boosts excellent water repellency and fast beading action.

Applications

Applicable to the gas station ground, kitchen countertop, restaurant floor, warehouse, indoor and outdoor walls, terrace etc. For use on cementitous substrates such as concrete and cement that require water&oil repellency.

Application instruction

GRASi® WP1320 is ready to use penetrating water repellent.

Material surface must be clean and dry .

Spraying, brushing, soaking or rolling are suitable for this application. Please apply under the condition of natural ventilation.

Spray with suitable low pressure, 10-15cm distance away.

Apply the material on substrate until it's thoroughly saturated.

Don't put treated material to moisture or rain place, and dry it in natural air. When the surface is dry, further treatment can be followed.

After complete curing, it will form an outstanding hydrophobicity.

Use when the temperature is between 0℃- 40℃（32-104°F）.

Maximum coverage per liter is 4-5 square meters, but depends on substrate density.

Storage

Keep sealed and store in cool and dry place , use within 18 months.
