WB5009 silane coupling agent
GRASi® WB5009 is a high effective waterproof agent developed to provide water repellency for porous construction materials such as concrete, cement, ceramic tile, tile, building insulation material and light weighted composite construction material etc. The active ingredients which is nano-size penetrate deeply into the substrates and bond with them, form penetration protective layer on the surface. With super low surface tension, it boosts excellent water repellency and fast beading action.

Applications
For use on cementitous substrates such as concrete and mortar that require anti strong acid which like bridge structure, port, pier,airport apron, highway pavement, overpass, parking lot, warehouse, refrigerated warehouse, city square, garage, fish ponds, building indoor and outdoor wall, terrace etc.

Application instruction
GRASi® WB5009 is ready to use penetrating stain repellent, spraying, brushing, or soaking are suitable for application.
Material surface must be clean and dry .
Spray with suitable low pressure, 10-15cm distance away.
Apply the material on substrate until it's thoroughly saturated. For middle or high density substrate, it needs to wipe up excess liquid with soft cloth after apply for 5-10 minutes.
Don't put treated material to moisture or rain place, and dry it in natural air. When the surface is dry, further treatment can be folllowed.
After complete curing, it will achieve an outstanding hydrophobic effect.
Use when the temperature is between 2℃- 45℃(35.6- 113°F).
Maximum coverage per liter is 4-5 square meters, but depends on substrate density.
Storage
- Keep sealed and store in cool and dry place, use within 24 months.
- Keep away from children.
- Keep away from flame and heat.
