WB2003(2013) High concentration solution of waterproof protectant

WB168 fabric protective agent is a kind of general waterproof finishing agent with high concentration of nano compound, which does not contain PFOS and PFOA, and conforms to ROHS environmental protection standards in Europe and America. It is a good finishing agent for fabric waterproof, oil proof and anti fouling.

Application instruction

GRASi® WB2003 is ready to use penetrating water repellent, spraying, smearing, or soaking are suitable for application.

Material surface must be clean and dry .

WB2003 can be diluted 12-15 times with purified water.

Spray with suitable low pressure, 10-15cm distance away; or airless sprayer is suitable.

Apply the material on substrate until it'sthoroughly saturated.

Don't put treated material to moisture or rain place, dry in natural air. After full curing time at 24 hours, it will form an outstanding hydrophobicity.

Advise to use when the temperature is between 2℃- 45℃（35.6-113°F ) .

For mixture usage

In the production process, mix into based material and stir well .

Suggest that mix with 6‰ weight of the base material , the actual adding amount of the product as required by the completion of the experiment.

Still can do the painting after finishing material waterproof processing.

Storage

Keep sealed and store in cool and dry place below 40℃（104°F）.
Keep away from children.
Keep away from flame and heat.
